All you need to do is pass the code and registration page details to the person you would like to use a licence (or enter their details for them) and they will connect directly with the service and we will take it from there.

Once you join up, we will will set up and email a unique 100% off coupon code that is purely for your own organisation.

This code is to be used to track the number of people in your package.

You will either enter the individuals' name, email, address and details required in the sign up or pass the coupon code to them to sign up on the 'join us' page themselves. 

We may share a google sheet with you to keep track of clients.

It is a simple process.

We expect you to move up as you grow and reach more people so it's easy to click and join the next package. Once that has gone through - (or the next invoice paid), we will cancel the previous package for you and you can go ahead and give your coupon code to help more people. 

For annual packages or larger monthly memberships, we will invoice your organisation.

A license can be given to adults to address their own needs; parents; guardians; teachers; teaching assistants; colleagues; professionals; therapists and anyone interested in learning more about and helping someone with sensory processing issues.

You decide who you chose to give any license (email login) to. 

It can vary from a few weeks to years depending on your service.

Level 1 takes 40 minutes to watch.

Level 2 takes about 2 hours and if CPD certified if they watch it through their own email login (licence).

Level 3 normally takes 6-12 months to implement well = assessment, treatment and management to it's completion.

Level 4 takes about an hour for the Sensory Super Certification.

Level 5 is ongoing support and ongoing assessment, treatment and management coaching so it depends if you just want licensees to have training (Level 2) or use it on a permanent basis for months or years to come.

There are no refunds provided for annual memberships. It is best to either wait till the end of the year to change packages or absorb the costs accordingly.

Individual licences can be bought on a monthly subscription in the meantime.

We ask that you keep a check of your coupons used and there are also regular checks from our end on the number of your coupons used.

You can immediately move up to the next package, delete people that have moved on from your service to stay at the same level, or lower your package to suit the new numbers in your organisation.

No licence will ever be more than the £99 a month single use licence. The more licenses you use within each package tier - the more value for money you get, or the more profit you make if you are charging for providing this service.
