Model 5 — Sub-licence as a regional hub
Hold a volume licence package and distribute access to other practitioners, schools, or units in your region — at a margin. At the 51–100 licence tier, your cost is £20–£40/licence/month. If you resell at a basic £99, that’s a £59–£79 margin per licence per month. At 100 licences, that’s £7,900/month minimum. You never need to be out of pocket — take payment from your client first, then purchase and activate their licence. Contact us to discuss sub-licensing arrangements before setting this up.
