You will immediately be sent a welcome email and login to www.sensoryhealthservices.com (Check your spam/junk folder). When you login, you will see the Sensory Centre portal with important introductory videos and links to book your freedom sessions.

It works on trust and mutual respect! 

You book your slot, let yourself in, relax, enjoy your time, make wonderful memories, tidy up and leave the place clean and put back together ready for the next member to benefit from. 

There is a security key box at the front door and the code to get the keys will be emailed to you along with the confirmation of your booking time. There is CCTV for extra protection and security.

The security code is changed regularly so do pay attention to the email the hour before your session.

The key is to be put back in the key box once you've opened the door. 

The person doing the booking needs to make sure the email of the person/carer attending is provided too so they can get the access code to the door that comes the hour before the session.

Immediately if you choose the pay as you go option to pay for everything with a credit card.

If you are needing an invoice, then as soon as the times slots are allocated to you and the first invoice submitted, you are free to start.

All the videos are there for your instruction and there are regular face to face introductory sessions for you to book into to help you get familiar with the equipment and different ways of using it safely. 

It depends on your package. Pay as you go sessions can be booked up to 15 days ahead. 

You can also book up to the hour before if it's a last minute thought!

Pre-allocated times can often be booked a term in advance.
